250 (Two Fifty) is a music producer and DJ from South Korea, known for his drastic exploration of fusing different sounds. 250 recently took home four awards at the prestigious KMA (Korean Music Awards), known to be the most credible and certified music award ceremony in South Korea, including ‘Best Album of the year’ and ‘Best Artist of the year’ for his album PPONG. This is the first time in KMA history where an electronic category triumphed over all others and won not only four awards but the highest prize of all ‘Album of the Year’. His first album ‘PPONG’, 4 years in the making, was released in January 2022. ‘PPONG’ is a critically acclaimed album featuring some of the most iconic guest appearances in Korean pop music, such as Shin Jung-Hyun, Oh Seung-Won, Na Woon-Do, and Epaksa. Mastered by CHAB, better known for his work with Daft Punk, PPONG was immediately recognized by media giants including The Wire, DJ Mag, and The Guardian, who did an exclusive piece focusing on 250's sound. With his new album, 250 continues to push the envelope of musical frontiers.
