A live performance at an old residence in Shioya. It was a stylish, two-story wooden Western-style building with high ceilings. The acoustics weren't bad, but the venue was a bit cramped, with about 100 people packed in. The audience ranged from young to old, and everyone seemed to be a passionate fan. It was great to hear nostalgic songs like "Voices" and "Sputnik" early in the live. However, due to the stuffiness and sleepiness, the first half was a bit tough. In stark contrast, the second half, with requested songs and some chatting, created a unified atmosphere in the venue, making it enjoyable to listen to. What I noticed was that she seemed to have difficulty with high notes overall, and the key tended to be slightly off. She could produce the sound depending on how she sang, but it lacked about a half-step of extension. I didn't feel this at the live performance two years ago. I still hope to continue listening to her new songs and singing voice. (P.S.) The latest album that came out recently has great arrangements right from the first song, making me grin. I've already got tickets for next April, so I want to go listen again.
