I'm a man in my 50s, probably one of the oldest in the audience. This was my first Hitsujibungaku live performance in a while, since October 2019 and January 2020. I was finally able to get tickets. The atmosphere of the teenage and 20-something male attendees at Hitsujibungaku's live performance was distinctive. There wasn't a single person leering at other female attendees. Since they're fans of Hitsujibungaku, they're not just mere herbivores; they must also harbor a certain attraction to counterculture. It's a unique gathering of individuals. As for the women, I got the impression that quite a few of them prefer to enjoy things on their own, and they also had a very calm and composed demeanor. I felt it would be nice if the men and women here could become couples. Speaking of which, there was a couple on the train home. They were carrying towels from Hitsujibungaku's other venues, which was heartwarming. As for me, I wrapped the pink towel I bought that day around my neck and swayed my body as I pleased, fully experiencing the joy. I called out "Fukuda!" to properly convey my feelings of joy.
