吉井和哉
The venue was packed to the standing-room-only section on the second floor. Yoshii-san's singing while audibly inhaling, something he doesn't usually show, resonated deeply. Even when his voice seemed to give out, he stood up again and again, and the venue was filled with warm applause and cheers. During the MC, he mentioned his connection to Ishinomaki and Shichigahama in Miyagi Prefecture throughout his life, which he felt had a profound meaning. He touched upon the significance of 3.11 and the song release, and I am grateful that he chose this location, where the tsunami reached just a few hundred meters away, for the final performance. The non-stop applause after the encore was moving. I'm looking forward to the next release, and to the voices saying, 'I'll come again!' I hope he rests well. It was a special time. Please... no more bad things happen to you and me... As a side note, he almost played another Julie song before "Katte ni Shiyagare", and during the member introductions, he sang Enka while cheering on the kendama (ball-and-cup toy), which was the real pleasure of a live performance that wasn't included in the setlist.
