Kiyohiko Semba (born December 23, 1954) is a Japanese percussionist and drummer. He was born in Tokyo as the eldest son of Kosuke Semba, the head of the Senba school of traditional Japanese festival music. He began studying traditional Japanese music with his father at the age of three.
