Nami Tamaki

Nami Tamaki debuted as a singer in 2003 with the single "Believe" from Sony Music. She received the "New Artist of the Year" award at the 18th Japan Gold Disc Awards. To date, she has achieved the number one spot on the Oricon album weekly chart twice. She has performed a total of four opening and ending theme songs for the globally popular anime series "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" and its sequel "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY," the most OP & ED songs for the "Mobile Suit Gundam" series by a single artist. Her dance performances, primarily in Los Angeles, have been highly praised, leading to international tours. She truly boasts worldwide success. In recent years, she has appeared in numerous stage productions, including the Broadway musical "Kinky Boots," and has also demonstrated her talent as an actress in films.
