NICETY

NICETY is a label compilation EP from J.Studio's Okinawa branch, featuring Kojoe, DJ NAPPY BWOY, MuKuRo, POM, The Priceless, and LazyWii. J.Studio, led by Kojoe, has previously supported MONJU at its Tokyo branch and Tha Jointz at its Osaka branch as a base/recording studio. It has also released works by artists such as BUPPON from Yamaguchi and beatmaker BLOOKY JEEKY from Fukui, producing many talented artists from all over Japan who are trusted by Kojoe. This work is a release from Okinawa, which has been prepared as a new base for some time. In addition to MuKuRo, who has collaborated many times in the past, LazyWii, a rapper based in Chatan Town, Okinawa Prefecture, who is also active in "Make Sum" and is attracting attention for his bilingual style, DJ NAPPY BWOY, who travels all over Japan as a DJ, and POM, The Priceless, JASS (Tha Jointz) from Osaka and BUPPON from Yamaguchi are also participating. Including the lead single "Nicety" produced by BudaMunk, which was released in December 2023, the EP includes a total of 8 great songs born from Okinawa, including "H.B.Y.S", which swings thick with the southern breeze, "Koo Nel Yal Suu", which features a dope and groovy synth bass, "DON'T YOU KNOW" with JASS from Tha Jointz, and "HOME", an emotional song for each artist's hometown and family, featuring BUPPON.
