I love both PassCode and BAND-MAID, and I often found myself unable to fully enjoy them when they were on different stages at the same festival and their sets overlapped. So, as soon as this combination was announced, I immediately bought a ticket. I stayed overnight and traveled from Gunma to participate. The day before, I went on a location tour of BAND-MAIKO in Kyoto. I was worried that BAND-MAID fans might feel out of place, but I estimated that they made up 30-40% of the audience (based on T-shirt wearing rates) and they were really hyping things up. It was my first time at Namba Hatch, but the air conditioning was excellent and the sound was great, so I had a lot of fun. BAND-MAID's playing is tight and they're getting better and better. The setlist was full of exciting songs, and their time management was surprisingly precise (almost exactly 60 minutes). PassCode fans also helped to liven things up, which I was very happy about. I was a little disappointed that there was no "Kuru-ppo" incantation time. The staff's set changes were quick, raising expectations. Finally, PassCode's live performance began. The band's playing was amazing, and the drums were especially pleasant. The dancing was sharper than in the music videos, and I was overwhelmed by the non-stop, precise choreography. The live show was over in the blink of an eye. I was surprised at how stylish everyone was. The set ended with four of my favorite songs in a row, and I'm so glad I was able to attend. What worried me was that Chiyuna seemed to be feeling unwell and looked like she was about to collapse. She was the only one who didn't do MC, and during the other three members' MC (which was quite long, perhaps out of consideration for her), she squatted down or tried to regain her strength somehow. However, her shouts were still powerful, and she worked hard with the dancing, so I was impressed. Thank you so much for entertaining us. A long tour is about to begin, so I hope you recover without pushing yourself too hard. Next time, I will participate in the final show at Shin-Kiba in January of next year. I'm looking forward to it.
