SO began DJing at the age of 18 in Sendai. Subsequently, he became a member of Mindgames and has been active for over 20 years as a resident DJ and organizer of the outdoor festival "The Labyrinth." He has refined his style over many years, characterized by stable and smooth mixing and meticulous storytelling that gradually increases the sense of euphoria. In 2016, he performed at Nachtdigital, a highly popular underground outdoor festival in Germany. This set generated buzz in various circles, leading to performances at major European clubs such as Berghain, De School, Concrete, Tresor, and Ankali. He also appeared at the final Nachtdigital and Waking Life in Portugal. He has expanded his activities globally, including releasing a podcast from Resident Advisor.
