This was my first T.M.Revolution concert, and I wanted to go so badly that I even joined the fan club to get tickets. Thanks to that, I felt extremely out of place because everyone around me was a hardcore fan, but I had a lot of fun because I knew all the songs! I had heard that the concert, as the title implied, would feature remixes of the songs, so I was a little apprehensive. However, when the opening song, "Burnin' X'mas," started, I thought, "Hey, this looks like it'll be fun!" and got really into it. By the time the second song, "HIGH PRESSURE," started, I finally realized that it was the original arrangement. Also, the audience was doing the choreography for this song, and I deeply regretted not preparing beforehand. Afterward, I was able to sing along to my favorite song, "Madan ~Der Freischutz~," and I also enjoyed the two songs that I vaguely knew! However, there was some howling, and Nishikawa-san gestured as if telling the sound engineer to raise the volume. Eventually, during "Web of Night," the fake sound didn't come in at the end, and after the song finished, Nishikawa-san's voice could be faintly heard saying, "What do you mean the sound isn't coming in!" It seemed like things weren't going quite as planned. Then, there was an MC segment where the band members were (somewhat forcibly) told to talk about what they wanted to say. Apparently, they had been performing in just T-shirts and were cold, so Nishikawa-san gave them MA-1 jackets. However, it seems they didn't expect something so warm, and some of them took them off midway through the performance, while others took them off from the first song. The person who originally suggested it even took his off, so it was quite a mess. They were supposed to put them on before the next song. He also mentioned that recently, it's been a tradition to arrange the songs, so they remixed the remixes, bringing them back to the original. As a newbie, I was grateful for that and felt nostalgic. He said to think of it as a large karaoke box, but I mostly listened since I prefer to listen. I wonder if the people in the front were really in karaoke mode? From here, it was ballad time, starting with "last resort." I really love this song, and the high notes in the chorus came out beautifully. The next song was… unfortunately, I didn't know it at all. However, the audience was buzzing and reacting like, "Eh, ○○!?" so I figured it was a rare song. And it's a really good song. After checking this website later, I found out it was called "Timeless -Mobius Rover-." I regretted not knowing such a cool song until now. Finally, there was "Yume no Shizuku." In terms of song selection, it felt a bit like the current tour. He said it was completely different, but… well, the structure is different, so I guess it's okay. During the MC here, it seems like a few people had collapsed, so he said words of concern like, "Are you okay? Can you keep going? Please don't push yourself too hard." There was also an encouraging performance by the drummer followed by a funny reaction from Nishikawa-san, so I enjoyed more than just the songs. He continued to worry, saying, "Are you really okay? You can listen outside. You can come back when it's time for the encore." He even spoiled that there would be an encore. By the time I noticed, it was already too late. From here, it was back to up-tempo numbers. Starting with "Goin'," after performing four songs in a row, he said, "Finally, this song," and performed "ignited -イグナイテッド-." I think he took off his jacket during the MC, but during this song, he took off everything and showed off his physique like a bodybuilder. Wow, he's so beautiful… that's what I felt. Even a guy would fall for that. For the encore, he performed "Preserved Roses," his duet with Nana Mizuki, by himself, and finally ended with "VITAL BURNER." The call-and-response in the B melody was fun! But I need to memorize the lyrics a bit more. The concert, including the encore, was just under two hours. Since it was a late weekday, that amount of time was actually appreciated. And since I knew almost all the songs, I really enjoyed it! Apparently, this time the setlist was based on the 2006 Earcandy concert. The daily specials were the same too. That means the BASARA song I love will be performed at another show, which was a bit of a shock. But, that's just how it is. It wasn't meant to be. I want to hear it live someday… I want to participate again. Next time, it'll be on the tour!
