ニール・カプラン

Neil Kaplan (also sometimes credited as Neil Caplan, born March 9, 1967) is an American male voice actor, comedian, and host. He is the owner of the Traveling Voice-Over Fantasy Camp and the president of Audio Theater for the Troops. He is from Bayonne, New Jersey.
