J.League designated special players
The Special Designated Player System is a system by the Japan Football Association that provides youth soccer players with opportunities to play at a high level, regardless of the framework of their affiliated club or league. There are systems for both male and female players. Similar systems are in place for futsal, men's basketball, and volleyball.
