사쿠라 모모코

Momoko Sakura (real name not disclosed, May 8, 1965 - August 15, 2018) was a Japanese manga artist, illustrator, writer, essayist, lyricist, composer, and screenwriter. She was from the former Irie-cho area in the central part of Shimizu City (now Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City), Shizuoka Prefecture. Her most famous work is the comic "Chibi Maruko-chan," which is based on her own childhood.
