DABO

Born in 1975, the Year of the Rabbit. Struck by hip-hop as being more punk than punk, he began writing lyrics at the age of 16. He made his major debut in 2001 as the first artist on DEF JAM JAPAN. He is also known as a member of NITRO MICROPHONE UNDERGROUND, who released their first album around the same time. Said to be number one in Japan for guest appearances, he has also participated in songs by Namie Amuro, BoA, CHEMISTRY, and others. He is also active as an illustrator and columnist.
