Henrik Schwarz, arguably one of the most popular artists in the house scene, started his career in the mid-90s based in Berlin and debuted in 2002 on Sasse's label, Moodmusic. He rose to prominence with the hit "Leave My Head Alone Brain," released on his own label, Sunday Music. Subsequently, all of his releases have been hits, including K7's popular series Dj Kicks, Henrik Schwarz Live, the collaboration with Ame/Dixon "Where We At," D.P.O.M.B., "I Exist Because Of You" released on Innervisions, and the mix CD "The Grandfather Paradox" released on BBE. Remix requests are constant, and he has worked on many. With a simple setup of laptop and controller, he captivates crowds from major festivals to underground clubs around the world with his powerful and immersive live sets. And this autumn, his long-awaited debut album is scheduled for release, garnering even greater attention than ever before.
