Kuniyuki Takahashi is based in Sapporo. His music consistently possesses a unique worldview that transcends borders, earning him high praise from producers and DJs worldwide. He released "Precious Hall," a tribute to his hometown and Sapporo's clubs, from Joe Claussell's label, Natural Resource. He also released a remix of Ananda Project's famous song "Cascades of Colour" and the single "Earth Beats" from Mule Musiq, receiving overwhelming support from DJs. In his 2012 album "Feather World," he advanced into new territory with the participation of jazz pianist Fumio Itabashi, who has a unique worldview in the jazz scene, and his close friend Henrik Schwarz. He has also collaborated with international artists such as DJ Nature and Vakula. In 2017, he released a new album through Newwave Project. In 2018, Music From Memory (Netherlands) released past works he created in the early 80s-90s. In 2021, he released a remix of Fumio Itabashi's "WATARASE." In recent years, he has been performing live around the world in his own unique style that fuses improvisation and dance music.
