NOBU

NOBU (born July 3, 1988) is a singer-songwriter from Kobayashi City, Miyazaki Prefecture. He has a free-spirited music style unbound by genre. In 2017, he made his re-debut with "Ima, Taiyou ni Mukatte Saku Hana (Now, Flowers Blooming Towards the Sun)", which led to appearances on "FNS Kayousai (FNS Music Festival)," "NHK SONGS," and "Best Hit Kayousai (Best Hit Song Festival)." In addition to music programs, he has also appeared on shows like "Fukaii Hanashi (Deep Good Story)" and "Kenmin SHOW (Prefectural Citizen Show)." He was nominated for the "Japan Lyrics Award" in 2017 and won the double newcomer awards at the "Japan Cable Awards" and the "Record Awards." On April 18, 2018, he released his first BEST ALBUM, "Start Line." He has been hosting his own event, "#NobuFes," since 2019. He is currently releasing a series of digital singles in anticipation of the 10th anniversary of his major debut on August 8, 2022.
