A reggae sound system formed around selector Spicy and MC Martin Kinoo. They focused on the 'dance' aspect of dancehall reggae, creating a juggling sound that made a big impact on the Japanese reggae scene from the start. After Telano joined, they began focusing on activities both in Japan and abroad. Their activities across Japan were recognized in Jamaica. As the first Japanese act to receive an offer from the island, they performed at the historic "Dreadful" event in Jamaica with leading reggae sound systems Stone Love and Renaissance, attracting over 4,000 people. A live recording from this event was released in Jamaica, generating offers from various locations. They then relocated their base to Jamaica, playing extensively in Miami, USA, and the Bahamas in the Caribbean. While in Jamaica, Shigeru Izumiya visited and observed Chelsea's activities, which were featured in the nationally broadcasted program "Shigeru Izumiya Howls in Jamaica." After returning to Japan, they continued to tour Japan and the world due to offers from various sources. They temporarily ceased activities at the end of 1999, bringing an end to their era. On May 25, 2008, the legend was revived after receiving numerous offers. They released a live recording from this revival performance. They toured seven locations including Osaka, Aichi, Okinawa, Sendai, Kanazawa, Shizuoka and Saitama, receiving high praise in each location. They established Kingston Breeze as a production and label. ICHI-LOW, who is also active in Caribbean Dandy, and K-TA, formerly of the original management team 'Tuff Stuff', joined the group. This year, they have already toured Kyoto, Osaka, Kagoshima, Fukuoka, Hakodate, Saitama, and Yokohama, and are actively performing in Tokyo. They also appear regularly at the "Fever" and "Link Up" events at Shinkiba's 'ageHa'. They continue to receive numerous event offers, demonstrating their immense popularity.
