KOGATAROO started DJing in the mid-90s, mainly in clubs in Tokyo. He specializes in playing old-school electro, B-BOY BREAK, disco, and sampling sources such as drum breaks, as well as funk. The inexhaustible "depth" created from his vast record collection always heats up the floor with decisive persuasiveness. He began releasing the mixtape series "LFTBB" in 2000, and since 2007, he has consistently released dozens of mix CDs. Among these, the "CLASSIC MOMENTS" series, packed with unexplored B-BOY BREAKS, has been released not only in the American mainland but also in Europe and Asia, and has been praised in various countries around the world.
